The match kicks off at 7.30pm and will be preceded by a 3rd/4th place play off match between hosts Impala RFC and Strathmore University at 6.00pm.
KCB beat Nakuru 22-14 in the quarters before defeating Impala RFC 23-7 in the semis.
Mwamba qualified by beating Nondescripts RFC 19-9 in the quarters before showing great mental strength in rallying from 0-7 at half time to sneak past Strathmore University 10-7.
KCB have stepped up training at The Lions Den and will be keen to defeat their bogey side,Mwamba to reclaim the trophy they won for the only time in 2005.The Lions coach Michael Otieno is expected to name his 22 man squad to face Mwamba after a training session on Thursday evening.
