ESS: KCB Cubs beat Mombasa 10-7 as Sidney Mwai voted Man of the tour

With the Lions resting, it was time for the Cubs to step up the action in the Eric Shirley Shield. They travelled to Mombasa, keen to maintain their unbeaten record over the hosts, a record stretching close to six years.

Well, to cut a long story short, they ensured their unbeaten run against the Coastal side goes on with a close 10-7 win over Mombasa, a result that sees them in contention for an ESS quarter final berth.
