The second day of the 2010 Dala Sevens is well underway, with the circuit leaders Mwamba RFC leading the now familiar gang of Impala, Quins and Nakuru into the main cup semi finals.Impala will play Mwamba while Nakuru face Quins in the main cup semi finals
Impala RFC were first to book their semi final berth, conceding an early try before turning on the style to beat hosts Kisumu RFC 36-7.
Humphrey Kayange's Mwamba met KCB in the day's second quarter final, coming off 31-12 winners in a highly physical encounter punctuated by big hits and crunching tackles.
Defending Dala Sevens champions Nakuru RFC got the better of Homeboyz, winning 24-15 while Quins rallied from a try down to beat Mitch Ocholla's Strathmore 19-5.
