KCB Lions bowed out of the 2008 Great Rift Tens following a 17-0 loss semi final to defending champions Impala RFC at the Nakuru Athletic CLub on Sunday.
Captain Paul Murunga was sent off for a "dangerous" tackle in the dying moments of the tense match. Dennis Mwanja followed Murunga off the pitch, receiving a yellow card after protesting Murunga's sending off.
Impala RFC retained the title with a 19-14 final win over Mwamba RFC.
