Kenya Cup Match Day 7:Lions face Nondies

It's top versus bottom when current league leaders and defending champions KCB Lions host former multiple champions Nondescripts RUFC at The Lions' Den when Kenya Cup match day 7 gets underway tomorrow afternoon.

The Lions go into this match unbeaten in the league all season and will be out to extend this streak against a Nondies side that has uncharacteristically failed to click all season and finds themselves at the bottom of the Kenya Cup standings, having lost all their matches.

Paul Murunga, Andrew Amonde, Anthony Ogot and Peter Mutai all return to the Lions side, having missed the win against Mwamba due to national team duty and injuries respectively. Former Impala winger Sammy Wefwafwa will make his KCB debut in this tie.

The Eric Shirley Shield sees KCB Cubs face Nondies II in the 3.00pm kick off at the same venue. The Cubs go into this fixture on a high, having routed Nakuru II and Mwamba II 58-0 and 39-14 in their previous ESS fixtures.
